So far the halo franchise has made 3 billion dollars and sold 46 million games.

Halo 2 generated 125 million in its first 24 hours.
Halo 3 broke that record with 170 million in its first 24 hours.
Halo Reach went even further and generated 200 million in 24 hours.

It will be interesting to see what Halo 4 does.

Doesn't seem possible since there are a lot more 360's sold than back in 2010. And Reach wasn't a numbered halo game. Plus 4 seems to be the best looking game on the 360 yet.

I expect at least $225-230 million in the first 24 hours. I will be pleasantly surprised if it reaches/breaks 250 million.
