For the record, I can't believe they put the girl from Narnia in the live action Halo videos.

I'm starting to think the series would have been better with pre rendered CG video (Like SW: The Old Republic) rather than "live action".

I don't see that, personally that one image is pretty weak, the bloom on the walls looks pretty old.

Honestly, you could tell me the other clips were done in Reach and I would believe you. Perhaps with the exception of the ones with faces/facial animations in them.

Behold, a beautifully produced look behind the scenes at 343 Industries, maker of Halo 4, and all it took to make the new game.We see a myriad of disciplines from animation to orchestral recital; from motion-captured performance to shooting guns in the desert.
Interspersed are clips from the finished product, Halo 4. And a suitably rousing score accompanies it all.
I recommend watching the video, whether you like Halo or not.

Video at link. I guess I never realized what all goes into making the games these days. Looks expensive! Anyway, from what I have seen so far, Halo 4 looks to be the game to beat this generation. Holy crap does that look beyond awesome. I have wood just thinking about it, and I haven't been this excited for Halo since Halo 2 was about to be released.
