Ok question Are they updating playstation network today?????

I really would like to know what is going on i log into playstation network no problems i try to join a chat it says it can't because chat isn't availible in my area wth not in my area i live in the u.s it was working just fine before then i tried to go into home and home keeps giving me network error d0 something something i cannot get in it really is making me mad

They are not, and have never encountered these issues before so I'm afraid I can't really help, I'd suggest you try and turn off your router for like 5 minutes,
do the same with your PS3 unplugging it from the power source and then try again.

Tried same error over and over again

Shed some light on it though.

sony released firmware 4.11 and firmware 4.10 can still connect to psn as well so it's overloading the system

Sounds like a problem with the ports in your router settings.
