I plan to wait and see just how good the expansion is. Ever since it was announced it included the full game I've had a bad feeling about it, and they are still using the same old excuses why that is. I love the game, but I dont like being over charged - I dont have the spare cash for that.

Can your game save from the first game be used to continue in Dark Arisen if we re-buy it??? I have the 360 version btw

Yes they transfer over and you get bonus stufff.

I'm not getting the logic here. They're bundling the new content with the full game and that is a bad thing?

They're also giving rewards to early adopters. What's the issue?

It says capcom so it is bad even tho other companies release goty and some have extra stuff.

It is not a bad thing, releasing a bundle, sure it will catch a few newcomers. Yet majority of the buyers will be the ones who pre-owned. And we have to buy the fist game even we own it already. Everyone will like extra content when the original game is amazing that much, but telling us to buy a new game instead of giving a 15$ to an extra content, is very much sound like capcom.

Dragon age origins released a 39.99 expansion and no one comppained about it. Then they released a combo bundle with both and all dlc for 49.99. Yet no one complained. This is basicly a goty because it has all dlc, plus new expansion, plus free shit for people who already bought it. If capcom didnt have thier name on it no one would give a shit.

Not condonig what they did but other games seem to get a free pass with stuff like this.

I agree, this re-release is actually fantastic and it is SO CHEAP anyway... (link I posted earlier) its hard to complain

To me, it seems like the expansion would of been $20 (Despite there boring excuse about technical issues making that not possible) but they added the base game onto it just to charge us more. Either way I'm waiting for reviews to see just how long and good it is, then I can figure out how much I'd want to spend on it.
I didnt buy Dragon Age Origins expansion, nor did I like Origins, so I cant comment on that.

So how would you feel if they only sold the new content for the same price? They'd be entitled to do so, after all.

I pre-ordered the new edition for £13.99. That's exactly the same price as the new Dragonborn DLC (Skyrim) on PC. They don't seem to be charging the earth here.

Getting all content on one disc seems like a very good deal to me. I'll give my current copy to a friend so someone else gets to enjoy it. Win all round.

See, non NA folks are lucky - they seem to have places to get it for $20-$25. I dont know of any places in NA that are selling it for cheap

That 1.99 pack is ok. A lightweight pickaxe, 5 ferrystones, 100k gold, about 5,000 discipline points, and some miscellaneous stuff. For a completely new game worth it.

Same here. I hope the player in the video wasn't very strong - it looked like he was getting destroyed by everything.

I just got the platinum trophy on the original, so I'm looking forward to some new content. I might still wait a little bit though to make sure it's worth the price since I have the original already.

i enjoyed the 2nd demo "adventure one" of the game alot more than the 1st. The new enemy designs look as cool as the originals aswell im finally going to pick this game up

btw how is " level grinding" in this game ? is there alot of it due to hard story progressing missions. Is there times where you might end up grinding for hours ?

I never felt like I was grinding. You are given quest, and some are beyond your current level but they still give it to you. I usually do quest as I get them unless it is a high level zone. With starting a new game however I usually get my pawns which are high level so I can do the quest. So basically do the quest and you will be fine but if you're getting stomped wait to do the quest.
