I'm loving my PSP games on Vita, too. Ys Seven, Tactics Ogre, Monster Hunter Freedom Unite and God of War: Chains of Olympus to name 4 that are taking up a good bit of my time. With a considerable back catalogue available, I'm happy to wait out more titles hitting the Vita platform.

price and games. I only want Resistance and uncharted so far. And I'll be fucking damned if I pay more for a psvita than I did for my ps3 slim(new). By the time it does get a price drop, I'll be stashing that money away for the ps4.

I'm not disputing that the games on the Vita are anything short of good full length games (I've heard nothing but praises for the Uncharted title on there)
Maybe what I should've said us that I have my laptop for moments when I want to play games on the move/away from home and it gives me a richer experience than what the vita could give me at the moment.
I'm sure my opinion will be different once more games start to release for it that grab my attention.
And I thought I stayed in there for long

I have one, I'm happy to already have it in my possession so when the good games start rolling out, I don't have to worry about system + game.
But honestly I wished I waited a little. The games that i'm interested haven't been announced ex. Some type of squad based game,GTA, NBA2Kseries. Or they're holiday releases like COD. I know most people hate , but a real COD on a portable sounds too good to resist.
And to the guys on page 1, yea I always take my laptops, phones, and portables to the crapper with me lol.Ride or die Sony(Playstation) supporter since 12/25/1997

I may get one later this year, the urge to play games on my iPad has worn off now and would rather game on the Vita.
"When I was 12, I milked my eel into a pot of turtle stew. I flogged the one-eyed snake, I skinned my sausage. I made the bald man cry into the turtle stew, which I believe my sister ate. At least I hope she did."

The thing stopping me from buying the Vita is the sheer lack of games on it. As handhelds go, its good - the graphics look beautiful and it supporting apps such as skype is neat. Would buy one when there is a price drop, or when little big planet comes out ^^

I'll never buy launch equipment again since everything goes on sale quicker in today's generation. And I'll wait for the better version of the Vita at the cheaper price. Plus they don't have any games I'll play as of yet. (Which isn't many to begin with. I'm done with gaming in-general for real)

Too much money for me, waiting for a price drop before I'll get one. But I want one really bad

The Price for a new console is not great but not bad at all considering the fact that the hardware is far superior to other handhelds not the dammm smarthphones because the ps vita is not one, still is more cheap than a iPad or iPhone 4S if you have the mentality of comparing those hardwares when they're not compete with each other directly in some areas. I have one and I still not regret it, because is so soon to start with complaints about a hardware that just have released in feb. 22! Give it some time between this E3 and December.

Price and games for me as well. The price isn't too bad but with my current job situation it is too much. I also think in the US the crappy economy has a lot to do with it as well, don't believe what the media tries to shovel at us.
The games are the bigger problem that i see. If I had the money today to get one I would but I would be a bit disappointed with only Uncharted and Hot Shots Golf, I want Persona 4 but that hasn't even hit Japan yet (localization could take a year) I really need them to announce a Vita version of GTA, Fallout or huge RPG franchise, otherwise there is no need for me to run out and get one.
For me though I am not lost on the phone games though, I can't play them, they don't have enough substance or something. To me it is like playing DIET video games, they are just missing something. It may be a story it maybe controls, or graphics but I do know I don't do well with diet. Give me my full octane regular Coca Cola.Hard work never killed nobody but I ain't taking any chances

I'm not even considering getting one because of the price and expensive bs proprietary memory cards.
This system has flop written all over it, overpriced and no games.Last edited by RAGE; 05-03-2012 at 11:17.

Money.
The thing costs $250-$300, then I'd want at least two games which is $80-$100, and finally I'd want a protective case or something to carry it in. When I get a Vita, and I will, I'm looking at a $400 + purchase. I just moved and I just do not have the funds at the moment. I'm eyeing one this Fall or Christmas.Awww! Little baby bunny! <3
