8GB card that came with the bundle. I did have it almost completely filled with a bunch of demos plus Super Stardust Delta, Motorstorm RC, and Hustle Kings.

I have an 8gb card. I have about 3.5gb left. Most of my games are physical copies though. I do have 1 full game downloaded, as well as 3 PSN games.
