I don't think we'll see a Helghast soldier since Colonel Radec has already been confirmed when the game was revealed.

Dragonborn might be a bit of a stretch as well. Not just because Skyrim was developed with the PC as the lead platform but also taking into account how the main character is more of an open-ended "you are the hero" character.

I'm sorry, but your reasoning for including a dragon from Lair in the top 10 list was pretty poor. Basically, "dragons are cool and make every game better". But even if you had a good reason for developers to include it in the game, I think we're also forgetting how large these creatures are. I would like to play as Wander but maybe have one of the larger colossi moving in the background or something.
