While this is 42ish min long I highly recommend it, it's a crazy case.

Basically he tried hiring a person to kill him and got conned, then a couple days later he successfully hired someone to kill him; Kenneth Minor. Minor arguably assisted in the suicide but got sentenced to murder (20 years), despite the person who conned him coming out and saying he was asked him to do the same and evidence being there that all he really did was hold the knife against the steering wheel (Minor says he held it there and Locker "plunged himself" into the knife multiple time.

The reason Locker did this was because he was in financial shit hole so he took out a big insurance claim and a couple months later he planned this, if he was successful his family would get up to 12 million.

I personally think he should be released. He was used, I know it might not have been the right thing to do but he was completely used. He did it for the money. If he is going to be charged for anything, it should not have been for murder. He should be charged a lesser crime for maybe assisted suicide or something.

As much as people don't like to think that race doesn't have a play in the legal system, I honestly think him being black and Locker being white did nothing but hurt him. I completely agree with what he said in the 2nd video.

That's quite a crazy situation to be in. If anything does happen he will still get a manslaughter charge i'd imagine.

He should be charged for assisted suicide, although I don't believe assisted suicide should be illegal to begin with. I think if you're heartless enough to willingly put someone out of their misery for them, you're cold but not a criminal, especially in cases where a doctor helps a quadriplegic commit suicide or something like that.
