Picking up my daughter from the babysitters (babysitter is hot by the way) and when I walk in the door hearing my daughter yell daddy and start running to me to give me a hug. No matter how my day was that always makes it better.

Yep, pretty much this. I could have the shittest day ever but seeing my little girls face and hearing the excitement in her voice when she sees me - man, I forget all my troubles.
