Jesus christ, he was joining a fucking marching band not the Crips, why they would subject future members to a beat down is beyond me. They all should serve full sentences along with the living shit beaten out of them, which may well happen in jail.

He went through this on his own free will. Nobody forced him to do anything. Nobody will be charged as there is no way in the world to prove which person actually killed him. And you can not charge someone for stepping on a person who willingly let you.

Yeah, Outside the Lines said that too. Maybe that's why he died, they hit him extra hard because of his beliefs. The other guy who was with him didn't die.

I wouldn't look into the gay part that much. Just media trying to grab more readers.

They all need to serve full sentences. I am not buying anyone of them feels sorry because if they did they would have admitted it by now and helped authorities.

This was not hazing, this was just a beat down. Hazing can be safe and fun, but overall most Colleges I know have Anti Hazing policies.

Hazing is probably the stupidest thing ever. Never understood students need to haze new members of any type of thing.

I only know of one person that got hazed that I knew personally. And he went back to school after serving in the Marine Corps..the hazing did not end well for the hazers.

That's fuckin stupid, I'd never heard of the word Hazing before now I always knew it as an initiation. There must of been some hatred in those people to beat him so hard he died from it

that's not hazing, that's a fucking gang jump-in, except done with virgin band members. Hazing is awesome when you don't fucking die. you're supposed to make them uncomfortable, not beat the shit out of them

is hazing an american word for initiations ?

they can be pretty brutal, although in uk universities, it tends to involve getting people as drunk as possible. not so much physical abuse. although this year our rugby boys told a freshere they were going to rape him and he could go to the toilets lube himself up if he wanted to, but if he didn't they would hold him down and rape him anyway. he went to the toilets in tears and lubed himself up, he came out and they were like, yeah were not going to rape you mate.... i thought that was fucking harsh.
