Not sure about foxconn, but Celistica, Wistron and Flextronics are the manufacturers of the 360.

Foxconn, are only one of many.
They were added at a later time on the original Xbox360.
It was initially manufactured by Flextronics and Wistron (same guys who did the Xbox).
As far as I know, Foxconn, Flextronics manufacture it now.
you will ikley find the PCB's made one place, and assembled somewhere else.
Much like the Chips are all fabbed elsewhere (They arent made at either AMD or IBM).
Much like Asus and Foxconn make the PS3.
