PSU's Wattage vary between GPU models, but any PSU will work with any PC.
for example:
An AMD 7970 requires at least 500watts+ whereas theGeForce GTX 680 requires 550watts+
so any PSU of 600watts would run either of them.
as such it wold be best to find a GPU then ask for a recommended PSU if you're unsure
PSU's are relatively cheap anyways, and i'd recommend Corsair for a decent Power Supply Unit.

this model comes with an i7 and a choice of either AMD 7770 or GT 640.
this PC, with the 7770, should run games reasonably well at med/high settings.
whats more, both AMD 7770 and 7970 require a minimum of 500watts so switching the GPU's at a later date should be somewhat straightforward.
a benchmark of the 7770 on Crysis 2 with hi-res textures.

Thanks for that Dell website, that was exactly what I was looking for, a computer with a good processor AND a graphics card. Most PCs I found had good processor, but a bad graphics card
So.. I'm going to have to save up $1,300. lol
But thanks for everyone's help. Right now, I think I found what I want.
