SO MAD....can anyone help? (Updated)

I pre-ordered "Sniper Elite V2" for the kill Hitler mission (in North America, btw) and assumed the code would be in the game case as I have just come home from being out of town to see the game in my mailbox. So, I crack it open and no code. Hmm....so I then email Amazon as I did not get an enail with my code from them. Nothing. So, I CALL Amazon and they act like they have ZERO idea of what I am talking about! Im SO mad, lol. The demo was great so I know I'll like the game regardless but i REALLY wanted to put a bullet though Hitler's head. By any chance, does someone have a code for this DLC that I can have, trade or buy for? I refuse to buy it AGAIN if it is released down the road as it is the reason I pre-ordered. The only reason. I have some stuff others may like in the way of codes/games that I never used. If anyone can help me out Iwould really appreciate it! I would also pretty much rep and give all my points from this site to you. LOL. Thanks.

EDIT 2: However, started the game up today (Monday) and it said there was new DLC to download. So, I selected it and it went to the PSN Store but there was nothing to download. Does this mean we could have the Hitler DLC coming out on Tuesday? Anyone have any info. I said I wouldn't buy it but forgot I've had a spare $7.49 in my account for months now. I would pony up $5 for it I guess.....

Great game, by the way. VERY FUN. Not perfect but very fun and much longer than I thought it would be. DLC loss aside, well worth the $50.

Keep calling amazon, and in the future dont order games with preorder codes. You seem to get burned more often then not, or atleast I do. Futureshop isnt very good at upholding its preorder bonuses either, so I stopped ordering from them.

Yeah, I'm never pre-ordering anything for the sake od DLC again.

When I pre ordered NFS The Run (i know, shoot me) I received the Most Wanted DLC (exclusive with amazon) about a week after I got the game so hold in there, you should get an email shortly I'd have thought.

I would suggest you take the pre-order bonus info from their site if it's still there, and show it to them.

Hopefully it is like a backlogged email thing but I did talk to a rep and gave them my purchase ID and info and they still had zero clue about any DLC I was due despite it being in the description. I emailed 505 Games but doubt that will help. Thanks for the replies, guys.
