Solid advice on previous page, unfortunately 532 or some variant of that is the way to go because everyone plays 5 at the back. The meta-game speaks loud and clear. Shame because it makes it very frustrating and constipated. Also if you don't have a GK and they do you're at an enormous disadvantage so best not to even bother playing, back out if you can.

in fifa 11 everybody was a striker

this is quite surprising

I have noticed this too. in 10 everyone was a winger, in 11 everyone was a little midget striker, now everyone thinks they are a CAM. Wonder what it'll be in 13.... full back?!

If you do face a GK their are a few things you can do to try and beat him 1) if 1v1 hold L2 and do a fake shot pressing left or right this will make your pro flick the ball to the left or right then shoot straight after

2) if 2v1 wait aslong as you can before you pass to your team mate a square ball is an easy but cheap goal but i dont mind doing it v a pro GK also a good GK can save these

3) get close and just smash the ball and hope for the best try and keep the shot low

4) some GK are real bad and they just hold L1 they are easy to beat just get close to them then pass if he was holding L1 he will still be standing infront of you and your team mate will get and easy tap it
