Question regarding online passes and regions

Guys, to make my question short: If I have a US copy of a Vita game, yet I buy a EU Online Pass, will I be able to play online?

To make my story longer: Vita can only hold 1 account. My main account is European, and thus, I cannot redeem my US Pass for Unit 13. I was wondering if I bought the EU pass, I'd be able to play the game online. Been wondering since I want to get R:BS but it has an online pass, which is a big, fat bummer.

nope sorry online passes are region locked to the regions game if you buy eu you play in eu and it's not for the reason you think see the u.k likes to keep free thinking ideas away from people so what they do is rig a game to the region so you can only play people in that region look at ps home as a example why do people from the u.k come to the u.s home it is because they are censored in the u.k home where in the u.s home they are not
