Help!! Frustrated man here.

To start off I don't have my hd tv anymore because it fell. I'm using my old tv and I can't get it in game mode. I have a universal remote but I don't have the code for it. I have a controller for the tv that had satellite and I brung it in here to help me. It doesn't have a input on it and I can only access the menu with it and change the channels!!!!! I need help

When you say old tvs, you mean the square ones that are not flat, right? They do have a game mode, on most of them it's a different channel.

Oh yeah, make sure you're not using a HDMI cord. You'll need that cord with three ends, red, yellow, and white.

Exactly! I clicked game mode on channels 2, 3, and 4 but still nothing. All I want to do is playy fantasy 9

Did you put your ps3 back into default display mode? Holding down the power button til you hear two beats? Maybe its because of that if you didn't switch back to the 480i yet

And also maybe because its an actual input you have to select, and not a channel. For example, video1, video2, etc.

Oh and as far as the remote is concerned, I'd say just buy another universal remote. You can get one for 5 or 10 bucks.
