Two unannounced PlayStation Vita titles rose to the surface on multiple retailers across the internet, both coming from Ubisoft. Assassin's Creed III was the first title spotted, and the second was Ghost Recon: Final Mission.
They were listed for the handheld briefly, before Ubisoft acted swiftly and picked them off. See them both below.

I'm skeptical about AC3. They are bringing an AC to PSV but I was expecting more of a spin-off that would hopefully be set in the AC3 time zone, maybe they listed AC3 as a placeholder name. But if it is true, then that is pretty epic

PSP got an Assassins Creed game. I believe it works on the Vita too.

Sony simply have too many announcements to make at E3 so they have to relieve the load abit. haha.
