Holland players get racist abuse during training. Bigger news is the fact that UEFA is trying to pass it off as something not racist.

That truly is awful. If people are doing that during a training session then I'm sure there are going to be idiots who still do that sort of thing during matches. And if that happens, and teams are escorted off the pitch and so on, it'll be a big disappointment to the whole tournament, but the players would be right in their actions.
Disgusting.
But if all goes civilized, I'm looking forward to the start of some great football from tomorrow!

Solid opening match to the tourney.
Greece 1 - 1 Poland
The 1st red card was a joke.
The Greeks ended up playing much better with a man down.
The 2nd red card was warranted.
Szczęsny.
Highlight of the game:

I enjoyed the game.

Aghh goddamnit Poland. First half we were class. Should have been at least 2-0 up. Second half we looked like everyone got drunk as shit the night before. Lucky not to go down as much as 3-1. Draw was a fair result considering everything.

The first game was crazy, you summed it up pretty well Boy. Poland really should have wrapped it up in the first half

Russia are looking really good! Arshavin tearing it up. What a goal by Pavlyuchenko...their forward wasted so many chances though

End of day 1.
Russia 4 - Czech Republic 1.
Rough game for the little mozart, even rougher for Petr Cech.
Good game by that puto Pavlyuchenko, got an assist and scored one as well, a good one at that.
The Czech Republic were bad.
Looking forward to tomorrow's games.

I missed all of the Russia-Czech game. How did Arshavin play?
From the scoreline, I think I missed the best match of the day.
Really looking forward to Monday to see if England could pull of an upset.

The Group of Death is about to commence.
I have the Dutch winning it all.
Hopefully, our Arsenal players represent us better today unlike yesterday.

As good as Robben is he is a ball greedy fuck that could have had that game won if he passed.

Final:
Denmark 1 - 0 Netherlands
Congrats to the Danes.
They just pulled off what I consider an upset.
They were composed and defended very well throughout the match. Some would call it "anti football". I call it smart football.
The Dutch disappointed me.
All those chances yet they weren't very accurate.
Very frustrating to watch.

They defended really well, but I wouldn't call it anti football at all. Not what they did, they didn't park the bus. They still looked to keep the ball and attack whenever they got it back. I think they could have won by a better margin had their winger managed to put in even one quality cross with all the great positions he was played into on the right side.

Holland is my favorite team (aside from UKR) but by the end of the game I found myself being a fan of Denmark. They played a pretty technical and intelligent game. Their movement and passing was impressive. They would even run triangles around some dutch players. Robben was far too predictable and greedy today and RVP wasnt on his best either. Sneijder was the best player in my opinion. His air through ball to Huntelaar was just as world class as you can get. And most of his balls today were excellent. He also gave a lot of hustle.

Halftime:
Bayern Munich 0 - 0 Ronaldo+10
Podolski has been lackluster. So has Ronaldo.
This game needs goals.
Anyone?
