It's the offseason. I know I don't keep up with football on a normal basis at this time.

Hey guys, I have bad news.

I'm struggling mightily with my finances and at the same time I'm doing the necessary stuff and trying to save up for a PS Vita.

I can do the NFL Team Cap and the NFL Madden 13, but I just can't include the subscription to SI. It costs too much money.

Again, if anyone wants to leave the game, just post in this thread that you want to leave.

Okay guys, last Sunday in July.

Right now, ESPN still doesn't have 2012 Pig Skin Pick Em up.

However, I expect it to be up soon. When it does get up, I'm going to make a group. When you play this game, you'll be playing against each other in that group. I will pm the people who signed up the pass word and everything necessary to play.

Near the start date, I will make the official PSU Pig Skin Pick Em 2012 thread, where we can chat about it. In that thread, I'll probably post a reminder every Friday or Saturday to go on and make your picks.

Oh yeah, also every week you MUST submit your picks to me in pm as a back up.

So say Bob and Greg make their picks on ESPN, but Bob pms me his picks and Greg doesn't. Then, suddenly Greg AND Bob have problems with ESPN and neither can make picks. Guess what? Bob is still in the game according to the picks he pmed me.

So basically it's just a backup and the reason for it is because last time we had people having trouble with ESPN.

You'll have a deadline to send me your back up picks, just like the ESPN picks have a deadline.

Due to major financial reasons, I have no choice but to pull the prizes in this competition.

So now the only rewards are bragging rights and fun. I'm sorry guys, I'm just struggling financially, paying bills and paying for school. It's not that I don't want to offer rewards, but I can't and cannot afford rewards.

All right guys, pretty soon ESPN will put 2012 Pig Skin Pick Em up and we can get this started. There's only a month left before the G Men play the Cowboys in the season opener.

I am struggling with my finances, BUT, I'm still adjusting some things. In other words, even as a student, my finances won't always be this bad.

What I'm saying is, I'll do a team cap as a reward and maybe throw something else in that's internet related, like a NFL team avatar and sig on me.

NFL Caps are not that expensive at all and a sig and avatar is something nice that doesn't cost much either.

So once again I'm changing the prizes and we have another member, YoungMullah88, to join.
