Not a bad price. I for one wouldn't mind spending a few bucks to show my support for the devs, if the game is good that is.

I don't really see the problem with it, so far. If you can still purchase these same loadouts with in-game money, there's so no real advantage to using your real money, unless you "must" have a certain loadout. As long as content isn't locked-out for people who don't use real money, it's all good.

The fact that Eve players can fund wars and supply Dust players, it sounds pretty awesome.

I really don't see spending a lot of money on the game over the course of a month. I'm sure it will be cheaper than any monthly fee would be. Just speculating on my online gaming habits. Although I'm sure some will spend more than the typical 15 a month.
