While the concept is interesting the Super Smash look isn't appealing at all for the 3D fighter lover like myself.

No. That is not gonna work; maybe if only during 1v1 fights, but like the 2nd post says, to generic looking. My thing is, It just doesn't need to look so dag-blasted cartoony!

Looks like a very slow version of Dissidia (which I loved to bits). I'm actually quite happy with how it is right now.

Hell no. A 1 vs 1 fighting game is absolutely nowhere near as fun as a 4 vs 4 party game.

nah, that wouldn't work especially if you want to have 2 or more players. It could be good for single player but not for multiplayer.

I believe the point of that video was to show off Ovan's special moves and such. So Tsukasa was just a punching bag for this vid.

Imagine a Playstation All Stars with this type of battle mechanics and dynamic battle grounds. While Ascension follows this formula(I assume), it would of been especially perfect for All stars.

I like the look Sony has going for Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale. It's a unique fighting game never done before and it's going to be a blast to play.

Not interested in all stars but I dont think the OPs video looks any better, nor do I see how it would work in a fun 4 player fighter. Fons video would be a lot more fun. IMO of course.
