Niiice. Would I be able to download HD/Fury to my Vita if I didnt get 2048 though?
Though the bigger question might be, why didn't I get 2048?

This is kind of strange that you need 2048 because barely any of the assets are the same. They could release it as a download but I suppose they want people to buy the new one too.
Wipeout HD Fury is probably my favourite racing game ever but I own it and the expansion on psn and I own it on disk... Triple dipping... One day
EDIT: woah I get it for free. Cheering! how did I miss that lol

And what about the peeps who heave WipeOut HD Fury on Disc?

I don't see why I should pay again for the exact same game...

Ah I see it

WipEout HD add on is 298 MB
WipEout HD Fury add on is 266 MB
Pretty good considering how large the PS3 version is. I'm happy now that this was free for me
Also the trophies seem really easy. There is a new set for both expansions and all it requires is a gold medal in every campaign event. I've done that on the PS3 and I will HAPPILY do it again on the Vita. Definitely my favourite racing game everrrr that I now get to play again! (well, most of it)

I've just got gold in all the Uplift events on HD and its a really really good port. Obviously the graphics aren't as sharp or detailed and I do miss the HD and Fury soundtrack (good thing I have it on my iPod LOL)
It's a shame that you don't earn experience for doing the races though... You can only level up by playing the 2048 campaign or online campaign. The earlier levels are a bit broken too since you have access to all of the ships from the start but hey, new trophies and year awesome levels are enough for me to play it again.
Plus this opens the game up for some to experience it for the first time

Omgosh. More trophies, free (got it as part of the welcome back thing), and a TON of new content for the Vita version
Well, it may not be new, but playing it on the Vita will sure feel like it. Just finished downloading now
. Loving this.
