The Amazing Spiderman?

Definitely seeing this on release date, I'm so so pumped! Anyone else a spidey fan? Or am I still lost in my childhood here..
This has probably already been covered but I couldn't see it on the main page, and I've been inactive for like 2 years.
But argh Christ I'm excited! New Peter Parker looks awesome, seems to fit the role a lot better than Toby McGuire ever did, and the cinematics look absolutely incredible;
Anyone else excited, or do you all think it's gonna be a huge flop, like the other Spiderman movies were...

Also, is Lizard the only villian in this movie? All I've seen in the trailers..
