The infraction, "No Racist or Homophobic Remarks", is given a set number of points if you violate. Currently I'm in violation of that infraction because I haven't posted any racist or homophobic remarks.

If you don't make racist/homophobic remarks, you DON'T get infraction points.

Do not use racist remarks off any kind and do not use Homophobic remarks of any kind

Truth be told, I was just having fun with the wording of the infractions. Consider the following...

If you're driving a vehicle and you're exceeding the posted speed limit, you're violating a speed limit rule and committing an infraction. The infraction, in this case, would be 'Speeding', and would be subject to penalty.

The infraction list posted above has the infractions in a negative-sense, rather than a positive one.

In the aforementioned example, if the infraction was NOT SPEEDING, then anyone doing the speed limit would be guilty of the infraction... therefore, in reference to the infraction list at this website, anyone not using racial or homophobic comments should be issued demerit points, and not the other way around. :P
