Black Ops II Signature / Avatar Request

Title says it all. I'm looking for a Black Ops II theme avatar and signature. Both images ideally match one another, but they don't have to be identical in design.

There really are no specifications, but somewhere on the signature (probably lined up at the bottom or something) I would like five prestige icons to signify how far I got with each Call of Duty title. So in this order, a 10th prestige COD4 symbol, a 5th prestige World at War symbol, a 2nd prestige MW2 symbol, a 1st prestige Black Ops emblem, and a 1st prestige MW3 emblem.

EDIT: Could you maybe add a faded Black Ops II logo somewhere on the signature?
