LOL Yeah I read this at www.dafuqyouonmayen?iwantsometoo.com. They said gamers were crying out for a third stick that will be manipulated with...it rhymes with stick...

I'm thinking Nintendo saw the ONE thing that could sell a lot of Vitas, and said "We need to make sure we get that on 3DS first" Unless Sony gets a NEW MH game for Vita, Vita won't sell well in Japan, and Japanese devs will be driven away. Nintendo may dropped some serious Fukuzawas to secure an exclusive hold on Monster Hunter for a while, because people were so excited for the Vita and not for the 3DS at the time...
That all changed with their price drop, of course, but this just adds insult to injury.

I cannot foresee myself playing Monster Hunter on a 3DS, it just looks so awkward to play and I just think the entire game offering is a bit pants considering its probably better to own a 3DS in Japan to actually make use of it. Stuff like Phantasy Star Portable, Dissida and some other thing that was good on PSP would be nice along with fresh games but I'm not really needing a new Monster Hunter yet. Depends if it actually does some interesting things which sadly MH4 doesn't quite tick yet.
