The official: Which games SHOULDN'T I buy?

We have a thread that helps us decide which games we should buy. I thought we should also have a thread that tells us which games to stay away from.

If you have any recent games you played and just really hated it, please share that opinion here.


I will start this thread off with Lego Batman 2 on the PS Vita.

Reasons
1. This is a port from the 3DS version.
2. It is not an open world game as advertised on the PS3/Xbox 360
3. The PS Vita version only has voice overs during the compressed videos. (Badly compressed)

This thread is not to be used to argue and explain why you might not agree. This thread is for members to see what complaints others have about whichever game they recommend you stay away from.


P.S. Though this is in the PS3 Games section, we can use this thread for PS Vita and PS3 games.

I think so. I believe the 3DS, PS Vita, and Wii version are all identical.

Brink

Nice idea but executed poorly.
Combining vault with sprint was the worst ide ever, I kept jumping over stuff I didnt want to.
Aim down sights is useless better off aiming from hip
Maps have horrendous choke points that are impossible to push through so defenders usually win unless they suck really bad.
Poor performance on PC version desite you having a super computer.
30FPs cap when playing the solo challenges.

Also its deader than the Dodo.

Damnation: Avoid this game at all cost!!.

Brink: Like, keffy said, nice concept but badly executed

Resistance: Burning Skies: If you have a Vita and love the Resistance series, this isn't worth the purchase.

Red Faction: Armageddon: Don't be deceived by the success of, Guerrilla, this one takes a leap back for the worse.

Wipeout 2 PS3: horrible, horrible game. My wife and I had played some Doritos obstacle course game on the 360 that was loads of fun. She wanted a PS3 equivalent, and I thought this would the trick, due to its ridiculous nature. We were wrong. I believe there were 4 or 6 "seasons". But the were basically the same courses with minor changes in certain courses. Stay away at all costs

I had high hopes of this because the free version is a lot of fun and It hoght this would be too.

Too much randomness. The powerups you pick up are randomly generated so you neve rknow what you will get, and once activated they activate on all players, the worst one has to be the controller invert which switches your up/down movements around.

No Free for all or duel modes its stricly TDM or CTF, however a DLC released a few days ago does add in the Duel mode.

Too many bugs that litteally break gameplay, netcode warping, invisible enemies sound stuttering and cutting out to name a few.

Its a cheap downlaod game maybe about $10 in your monies.
I bought the PC version on Steam totally regret it now because no one players it.
You have been warned.

It's an awesome game, I got it for £20 (not aware of how bad it was), I took it home, and after 20-30 mins I knew I had mad a big mistake, as it was also the only game I bought that day.

I really didnt like the amazing spider man. it was alright at first, but gets too repetitive, and the game finished too quick, once finished, the game got extremely boring. dont waste ur cashh

Alone in the Dark lol. Good concept but horribly executed. The controls are just terrible.

And there are some parts where the game doesn't load when it should. You're driving a car off a ramp in a building out on to a street and you have to pause the game and let the road load or you'll fall to your death.. Never saw anything like it.
