I am probably the weirdo here, as being a female, have no desire seeing this movie. My mom went to see it and told me it was a waste of time. Also, I heard Kevin Nash is in it. I will be needing brain-bleach now.
Also, how is 50 Shades of Grey empowering for woman? The main male (I don't know his name) lead is a control freak that basically turns the main character into a sex slave. Call me prudent, but that just disturbs me.

Mate, my ex used to be terrible for this. Couldn't even watch TV without her making some dumbass comment about how I'm 'ogling' the woman on screen. American Idol was the worst. Used to be some damn fine women on there but I weren't allowed to watch it because she'd kick off everytime a girl came on screen. And yet I put up with her drooling over Edward and Jacob from Twilight. Double standards, and all that.

My personal opinions are not endorsed by PSU. But they should be.

Lol Kevin Nash, really? My wife was kinda the same. She was excited to go see it. And yes acted like a typical woman leading up to it, but upon seeing it, she said while yes she enjoyed the "view", overall it was disappointing. And she wasn't all drooling to see it again or anything
Thanks to THUGGEDOUT for the sig, The Black Wolf for the av.Life's too short to be sober! Drunk with power!

I don't know if your married or have been for awhile or what but let me tell you a thing about many married women. Soon after the honeymoon they are much much less sexually active. Indeed there are some out there that remain the same but things they did to get the guy soon become no longer needed. It isn't that they don't like sex anymore but when you both work all day and tired or kids you just lose energy and interest to do it. Heck even I find myself in that camp. Anything that can spark the interest for either party down there and get things moving is welcome for most people. It isn't that they are thinking of someone else but rather the thought of sex entered their head and they instantly think of YOU.
Also on a side note women are much more likely to take prescriptions (birth control/anti-depression/migrane) that naturally inhibit their sexual desires. Just a plain fact. Very common for a women to stop taking said prescriptions and have enormous change in sexual desire and behavior.
Anyways it doesn't matter to me what planted the thought of sex in my wife's head. The fact is she will be much more apt to come on to me or be receptive than without the thought. In my experience over the years women take a lot more to become interested in sex than their male counterparts. I will say I doubt this movie would have that much affect because women aren't as much a visual creature as they need to be mentally stimulated. Just getting naked won't cut it....even if I get no complaints about what I have to offer...however despite my looks and body physique my most sexy part of my body is my brain and mouth. I get a much higher percentage of success by speaking and stimulating her brain. Nevertheless if a movie or book implants a thought...a seed...it is up for me to make it grow and trust me....the gardner usually gets very well compensated.
