Hmmm interesting, according to the poll, an overwhelming majority find no issue (66%, of 3 peoples votes

That's because the issues I have are not in the poll..
Canada Wi-Fi only means my ''near'' app doesnt work AT ALL... No GPS, no location etc... IT'S CRAP!!!!! GPS chip in the Wi-Fi only model SONY PLEASE or get your shit together and bring in the 3G model!!
Second issue is the speakers placement. I end up blocking them half the time with my thumbs when I'm playing.
The other issue... Tell us what that accessory port is for!!!!When the Bogeyman goes to sleep every night, he checks his closet for Chuck Norris.
when Chuck Norris goes to sleep every night, he checks under his bed for Daryl Dixon!!

Near doesn't work for me at all either, and the PS3-Vita integration could be better in terms of trophies of vita games displayed on the ps3 and also How the system asks you to 'please wait' constantly. That's all software complaints, ad aside from that I love my vita. So none of the actual physical design of the Vita bothers me at all.

You didn't list constant freezes and shut down problems
-
07-02-2012 #11
The only freeze I came across was with the unit 13 demo off the store which was pulled and added with a fix as it was the demo itself that was causing the issue. Other than that, no other freezes for me.
Sometimes when playing I cover up the speakers but more often than not I play with earphones so rarely bothers me.
Other than that I haven't come across anything else I don't likes about it, 1 software glitch is Bluetooth randomly turns on now and then.... That's about it from me, I'm more than happy with it

I think your Vita may be fucked. "constant freezes and shut down problems"? I know 7 Vita owners including myself and none have had issues with that. Get it checked out?
As for the system itself I feel it's pretty close to perfection. The start and select buttons are a bit of a hassle, though. So I'll vote for that

Never held a vita in my hands, but i have the feeling that the analog sticks should have been higher up,switched with d-pad and face buttons.

I can't see the poll as on Tapatalk but the only thing that's bothered me is the rear touchpad. It needs to be shorter (length ways) as my fingers float onto it just holding the unit.
Couldn't quite figure out why the screen was jumping on MGSHD whilst hiding in a locker, finally realised it was my fingers hitting the rear touch. Feels significantly less comfortable for me when I hold it in a way that doesn't accidentally interact with the touch pad on the rear.

I have bigger hands and I find opening and removing the game from the game slot to be a huge pain in the ass, which is why I do it as little as possible. I also feel the analog sticks are too close to the fact buttons, but I don't have nearly as much of a problem. And again, I also agree that the touch pad on the back should be smaller. I don't have a problem with the start button, though.

and the D-pad), all seemed to be really small (even smaller than the PSP buttons), but it could just be me playing out of my comfort zone, wouldn't stop me buying one for something like GTA though.
