By most TV series standards there hasn't even been 3 seasons, saying this TV show has been dragged out is crazy. I've love another season or so.

Me too. Anybody trying to say its being dragged out most likely isnt much of a fan of the show anyway.

What a great ACTING episode, i loved the whole "fight" with walt and skyler, sklyer needs to die though, how dare she do that to walt!

As much as I would also like to see Skyler dead, I don't. She's the mother of his children and he needs to make her understand better why he does what he does. He'll prove it to her and she'll be sorry for ever turning her back on him. I have a feeling her son will be alienated from her, but at the same time, I have a feeling her son will find out about his dad because he's not gonna believe word of mouth from Skyler. He has to see it. She might show him. Then shit will get real.

That's the thing though, he doesn't seem to have his altruistic motive anymore. Unless I'm missing something, now he's just doing it for greed. Unless he's expecting the cancer to come back to finish him off.

He might be, but I think he's using that as a front for his gang to fear him and anyone else who knows about him as the "Heisenberg". I think he wants a fearful image so that even the DEA will back off, but I think on the inside, he wants a secure future for his kids, even if his wife is being a total bitch about it. And for some reason, I think he thinks of Jesse as his son, but at the same time, he doesn't want him to find out or Walter will be forced to kill him, and that's gonna be hard..unless Jesse kills him..you know, padawan kills his own master deal.

Someone here gets it! Walt turned bad last season, The last shot of the episode showing Walt poisoned the kid to turn Jesse against Gus...

Now Walt is doing it because he's the "King". He has a superior product and he wants money. He's tasted the honey pot that was Gus' setup and now he wants it for himself.

Skylar is actually the reasonable one seeing through Walt's agenda. I was waiting for her to say it, she wants the kids away from HIM. He's the problem. We all love Walt because he's badass and a likable villain, but he is the villain nonetheless. He's a TV version of Scarface, and look how that ended.

He said to Skylar about Jesse putting a gun to his head, "He changed his mind about me, and you will too."

However, he got Jesse to change his mind because of a lie. I think the script is too deliberate to overlook that.

I'm sure thats near the end of the show, I hope by some miracle AMC decides to air it this year.. cause I dont know if I can wait an entire year for the last half x.x

Great show and an interesting season. Walt's on the final stretch now to going down in a blaze of glory. It's unfortunate that the life he turned to in order to create a good future for his family turned into a curse that has torn his marriage apart. Skylar is losing the plot and it's only a matter of time before Hank zeros in and Junior finds out. It kind of annoys me that Walt just acts as if all is hunky dory with Sky, the way he cuddles up and kisses her in bed. I think he pretty much lives in his own reality now and is in denial that the meth business has ruined all chances of ever having a normal, happy family life. He doesn't even seem to care really..

The greed has got to his head, Ghost. I'm waiting for the day that he's gonna snap on Skyler. But holy shit, what an intense episode, especially near the end. Had me literally going "omg omg omg". I'm gonna be depressed when the series ends. It's so good!!!

Yeah same here man! It happened and I was just in disbelief! I had to watch the ending a few times for it to sink in. Jesse really doesn't like to hurt innocent people so maybe this could be a turning point in the series for him. As mentioned above, i really hated Jesse in season 1 (so much i was praying he would get killed off) but i'm really warming to him now.

I don't think anything in the episode suggested that Walt wanted that to happen but at the same time i wouldn't put it past him

I knew that kid was getting shot as soon as he appeared...............i was HOLY SHIT though!
Once again, what a freaking episode.

I was puzzled as to how the starting was going to feature in the episode in the end, but I didn't see that coming. I had completely forgotten about the kid once they'd completed the robbery.
It was a shocking moment, but I'll accept that it's just a show, and to that end, it was a brilliant one at that!
