Wimbledon Mens Final...

Lol John.
Yeah I too think Federer will have him, but he's played some good Tennis to get into the finals so far so who knows! Was a good match, thought if Tsonga started the first 2 sets with a bit more urgency he'd have walked it, but it wasn't to be.

With you there.
Murray was playing perfect in the first 2 sets Tsonga didn't know what to do but something changed in the 3rd Tsonga went for trainer attention due to his back (yet he kept making amazing dives to win points) and he came out a new improved player and Murray's nerves got to him.
If anything nerves are Murray's downfall. Champions do not let anything bother them, they just get on with it but Murray lets things fester and blames something other than him for his misfortune mid game, you know you often see him throwing his arms up and mouthing stuff.

So how do we explain almost being put out by Ferrer, a game where he was virtually beaten but failed to go down. Instead, fighting back and taking the win?
Murray hasn't had an easy run to get to the final. It's a place he deserves to be and is clearly capable of taking home the win.
On his court antics, I get the impression he gives himself a hard time when he does make unforced errors etc. Haven't seen him blame anything else for his game but happy to be corrected on that point.

Don't really care for Serena.. seems to think she's superior and treats other people like s*** (threatening to shove a tennis ball down someone's throat and kill them?)
But Federer.. class.. I still remember Wimbledon 2004 and have been watching him since.. and many of the heartbreaks against Nadal.
Hoping he'll win today!

Congratulations to Federer, good match, certainly didn't breeze through it like I thought he would. Props to Murray, the pesky fly he always seems to be...

Federer was immense in the latter stages of the match.
Happy to see Murray at least win a set.

No disgrace in losing to the greatest player ever. Federal was another class, top player.

True that R3D D3V!L. Federer was just in another league today, especially after the first set and when the roof went on. Murray started off well but couldn't sustain it..I knew that'd happen
. I think he played a decent game though. Federer though, ultimate professional. Can't help but love the guy

I backed Fed, but wanted Murray to win. Simply because being from a country that hadn't won a Rugby world Cup for 20+ years (until last year of coruse), must be tough for Brits going 70 odd years without a championship at the major sports they created (tennis), and around the same time for a Soccer world cup.
