Anyone who uses open source browsers here gets a virtual high five from me. *high five* Keep using open source browsers..no commercial interests *cough* Google omni bar that's forced onto user that sends get request to server for every keystroke URL or search query.. brilliant plan from business perspective. *cough*

    Open Source <3

Edit: Sorry for the random rant about open source but yes my Homepage is still speed dial on Firefox and on Android it's just Google.com.
Yeah, there we go. Firefox is my favorite but I need Opera 12.14 to visit certain sites that don't work or don't function well in Firefox 3.0.7. The problem is, Opera is now very bloated and I'm ready to head over to their message board to take my stand. It uses the most RAM of any web browser I have ever used...1.2 GB with around 12 tabs open and then it usually stops working and then finally crashes. I have all the settings that take more RAM off. That's for another topic, but I also agree about the Google thing.

You know Firefox is on version 19, right? Perhaps in the 16 versions you've missed those websites might work a little better with the latest version. New version of Opera versus ancient version of Firefox. Of course Opera will work better...

Of course I know Firefox is on version 19, I read about the updates ever so often. That version I'm using still works with almost every website and displays them correctly for the most part, only 2 or 3 sites I visit have some issues. The other reason is for security (why I have Opera 12.14 installed). I won't be upgrading FF for while until I get a new computer which also will be quite a long time. As far as I'm concerned, I'm very happy with FF as it is and I don't intend to upgrade suddenly to find it will take weeks (yes, that is accurate) to set it up like I want it to be and then find all kinds of crap I didn't like about the new version (which I expect won't be that bad but...). Its stable, does what I want it to, and doesn't take that much memory. About the bolded part, Firefox 3 has so far worked far better than Opera 12.14...its true. At least I can open up 24 tabs with content that won't crash the damn thing every time and make everything sluggish. This rapid update cycle nonsense sucks too, who's smart idea was that I wonder. I can't wait to see when Google Crome reaches version 135...

IGoogle....can't believe they're getting rid of it.
Going back to classic Google when they do.

Why don't you install the new version and see if you like it? If you don't, you can always download the old version here:
