I'm interested in hearing what games you all think will help sell more Vitas. Not interested in a debate about whether Vita is "successful" or not, just interested in what games you think will make people buy Vitas--worldwide.
So far I'm thinking a Call of Duty, Monster Hunter, Bioshock, Assassin's Creed, and Madden are all big enough franchises to make fans take notice, but what else do you guys think will draw people to Vita? What about you all that already own a Vita, what games do you want on your Vita? It can definitely be games we know are coming out, like pretty much all the ones I mentioned above.

Borderlands 2! This game, with cloud saves and cross play would be EPIC. I am personally looking forward to Assassins Creed and Bioshock, and to a lesser degree...CoD *scrubs hands raw* :S lol

Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts. Isn't Final Fantasy X HD coming to Vita? If I didn't already own one, that would be reason enough.

This is going to sound random, and it is, but I was actually thinking about Capcom Vita games the other day, or the lack thereof. First off, we all know Monster Hunter has to hit the Vita, but you know what I want? Resident Evil 1, 2 and 3. Yes, again.
New visuals, same old controls, extra content, trophies, maybe even co-op multiplayer or something crazy. Would it sell Vitas? Who knows... but I'd buy it.

I'd love to see some more open world titles like Grand Theft Auto and Final Fantasy. Another sequel to Jet Set Radio would make for a great exclusive title as well, I think. The Sports R&D division of Sega has been developing nothing but Mario & Sonic titles recently so it would be a nice change of pace.

Trophies spoil us. So, Sony should take advantage of that and ask some of the bigger, or most interested, PSP development teams to patch their games to include trophies and treat them much like PSN games for PS3: no platinum, but they still grant trophies.
In regards to IPs, i think that a handheld outing would really compliment the Final Fantasy franchise right now. Some of their stories are a bit farfetched, but fans tend to disregard some of that in order to play games like that on a handheld. Who knows, maybe SE can crank off another great title like Crisis Core.

Gran Turismo has to be one but unlike the PSP game it needs to have a big GT Mode like the console games. I'd also like to see a GTA game on it since the PSP ones were very good. Another idea, like someone suggested, is to do collections like they have on PS3 but with PSP games. A good one would be a Sython Filter collection, both PSP games with enchanced controls thanks to the Vita's dual sticks, plus higher resolution textures and stuff as well as trophies, could sell quite well.

The franchises from Sony!! I mean, this handheld has a lot of power and can bring some of the epic franchises from the PS2/3 without a problem for sure. The games that are out now are amazing. They are really doing a great job with the games in my opinion. Just keep 'em coming. I'm getting MLB The Show soon!!

As a system seller - COD. I know people either love or hate cod for copy and paste etc etc but it sells millions upon millions every year. People who are 50 50 on taking the jump for a vita will more than likely jump when COD is released if they like it on the PS3/360.
For me personally I'd like a GTA or Saints Row title.
Also, I would buy alot more PSP titles if trophy support was added/patched in.

Systems sellers WW? GT5 companion game, a FF title (crisis core with updated visuals and trophy support would be easy to pull out even for S-E!!) COD, Monster Hunter, KH. S-E mentioned FFXI for vita? DO IT, DO IT!!!

I'm actually going to disagree with the majority of these choices... I think the Vita does need some established franchises on there, but I think it needs more original games, new IPs. Experiences that gamers can't get on any other platform. Like Gravity Rush, and how Patapon and Locoroco were for the PSP

I posted an article on this topic. Have a look! Thanks for your input, all. There's some good ideas here. I especially like the idea of adding more support for PSP games. I tend to want original IPs, but I think the franchises/games listed in the article will sell Vitas.
