I'm fine with the changes that I've seen already. The tweaks to the forum's layout feels reasonable, and nothing was trashed. I'm mostly indifferent to the 360 section returning to how it was, but do I kinda like the aesthetics of it being a small bump link before its umbrella section. It sorta reminds me of the Bukkit forums.
To be blunt, I'd rather PSU not contract members like that.-No Feeble Cheering-

the way the question is worded it makes the poll confusing because you don't know what you are saying yes to.
did I just say yes it should be brought back
or did I just say yes it should stay a subforum ?

most of the playstation 'fans' have been scared away/banned by now so it's probably too little too late.

What the fuck are you rolling your eyes for?
Most people left / banned / whatever due to arguments over the other console. The rules were always in favour of a certain section of members here and enforced by others
Some people could never learn to argue/discuss 'within the rules' whilst some are experts at stealth trolling.
Anyway, that's all in my opinion. This place should have stuck to being what it was, and not tried being something it wasnt.

On a serious note, the moderators did a great job, it wasn't the good guys getting banned and the bad guys getting away with everything.
It was particular individuals who couldn't handle opposing opinions and had to have their opinion as the golden rule, when reality kicked in that opinions on games and consoles is all preference based and there can be no right or wrong, those guys had their own little internet tantrum meltdowns and got their asses banned.
It happens.
I think it's because you like feet!
They should ban you again for that!

Being what it was? From the onset it was a PS3 forum, but had all the same discussion you see now. Since late 2004, early 2005, the Xbox and 360 (then the XBOX2) section was given equal footing.
PSU has always been a place supporting the open discussion of other platforms since gaming should be a universal topic here. Even though it has shifted in appearance and whatnot, PSU HAS maintained what it was.

Yes Cuguy i understand that. What Im talking about is later, after the release of the PS3 is when stuff turned to shit. So im talking about 2007 (to me) is when the forum should have nailed its colours to the mast, and been a PS3 forum. Because i honestly do believe that trying to 'please everyone', so to speak, ends up pleasing nobody.
This conversation has been had many times over the years by many different members. If i wanna talk about Manchester United i wouldn't go to a Liverpool forum.
That's just me tho...

I remember disagreeing with Xaor 9 times out of 10 for a few years, then one day just like that he started to see things similarly to how I did and I was shocked I found myself agreeing with him just about every single time in regards to gaming and the direction of the forums then.
I wonder where he is these days, hope he's ok.
