Chances that PS4 is announced at E3 2013?

Based on what ive read online and recent developments with Sony (ps3 super slim) and Comments from sony along the lines of "when we release a console we want it to be the best and a significant upgrade over the last gen"

im thinking 2014 for ps4 now a days

I think the chances are good, mainly because all the other game platforms are probably gonna have a good chance of appearing there because it will be a good chance for all the platforms to have a good look at before the release and the designers and whatnot will have a chance to get opinions on what the potential buyers will want to have added to the consoles, and then what they want to be taken away!

There isn't any feasible way both consoles won't show up at E3 2013. Developers and the Big companies have been talking about the Next-Gen for quite some time now. Hell, even Nintendo is readying up that Wii U thang. Whether happens, MGS 5 needs to be a launch title so when I do get the PS4 4 years from now it'll be dirt cheap.

And for inquiring minds I said 3 years because buying launch is overrated. I'll take the stupid bundles and better working, efficient systems this time around!
