I enjoy party talk with close friends and family, it also a good way to find out what game in common you have, you might start out in different games, and the organise something.

By in large the mic get used in games mostly for tactics in a tight situation.
Or to just plain cheat and help the last man standing in Gears.

Both consoles have pro and cons, people choose the one they like best or buy them all if they can afford and canīt decide. @mynd: yup, as I explaind in my other post.
It wasnt my intention to hurt yours. Sorry.

Wii mini dumped stuff. Xbox 360 added WiFi (and it is N). Xbox added 2 more usb ports making it 5. Added dedicated Kinect port added touch sensitive buttons added optical and added hdmi.

I agree that the PS3's GUI has a lot of issues. But the one good thing out of it tho is beautiful live wallpapers and great console-oriented predictive typing.

One complaint I have about my new Playstation is that the coloring on a lot of multiplatform games is terrible and no way of adjusting or changing that. Another would be the terrible audio synching on youtube videos in the app. Also, the new Playstation is about on the same level of cheapness as the original Xbox 360.
