The drop down menu at the bottom of the forum doesn't have any options in it anymore. I just got my new laptop with a 1080p resolution..want to change the forum to a fluid layout cause its stuck in the center of my screen atm.

User CP > General Settings > Miscellaneous Options > Forum Skin.
