Well that all but confirms a cheaper PS3 on its way aimed at the kids.
About time they decided to tap into that market.

One in particular does say core games development. Shooters, RPGs, and action/adventure. So thats good. Some say Kinect but others are core so that gives me some hope.

    It was multiplatform.
I don think Remedy ever consider the PS3, far too alien for a small team.

That and they may have some sort of deal with Microsoft because they funded the first title. Either way, we probably won't be seeing it on PS3 anytime soon.

Microsoft was taking a chance publishing a niche title such as this.

They were never expected to be run away successes. Still, they now exist as part of PS3's game smorgasbord and can satiate some gamers' desire.

That was my thought as well. With that much dedication, I figured they were going all out for the holidays on this title.

I don't think wonderbook and lbp karting are the types of games to sell a lot on release, but instead be slow burns that manage to keep selling and appealing to the younger audience

It was originally anounced "for next gen consoles" in 2005, when they were pitching for a publishers.
But at E3 2006 it was signed up with Microsoft. About 6 months before launch of the Ps3.
And 4 years before the game released.
Article was probably eary 2006 sometime, when we all tought the PS3 was launching in May.

HI guys! I am new here and would like to know if anybody knows if PS3 is better than XBOX 360? I am planning to get one for my boys. I am currently debating between PS# and XBox. I would appreciate for the help, Thanks!
