Lol and the 360 fans are crying because they starting to work out ps3 is a better system.

Saying what you like, or don't like, with explanations, fanboy or not, is fine in that section. What I disagree with allowing is trolling actual users, calling people dumb, etc. I don't care whether that section stays or goes. I don't like it all that much, have participated in it to see if I'd like it, and have read every post in that section.

This thing was already tried a while back and it was removed pretty quickly for the same reasons that are being allowed right now. Take that however you will I guess. Either minimize that section and stay out of it, or read it, or read it and participate, etc. Doesn't really matter I guess. There's no way it's really beneficial for the site.

The home truth is this...That everything is 100% subjective and there is no best console. The best console is that which meets the expectations and gaming needs of consumer. Period. I have fun debating it but I have always maintained (and I know at least Soldier remembers this sentiment from me) that what it really comes down to is the fulfillment of the gamer, and all this preference shit and feelings of superiority is completely subjective. Anyone who truly believes that a console is better than any other outside the playful competitive banter that might be seen between soccer fans of opppsing teams needs to get their head checked. My home truths are just as much of a stinking fart to you as yours are to me, that's the reality of it.

The content of that section, or the points made in it are not what i am having issue with, but rather the spirit that brews in there and will end up seeping into the rest of the forum.

Doesnt really bother me I havent been here lone but i have been on other forums. I can see from the post so far in that section its been civil for the most part and thats alot more i can say about other forums ive been on with similar topics.

I'm not saying this forum is hypocritical, but I find it strange. Okay, so Cuguy stated that the forum wanted to make changes to make the users happy, right? So you got users complaining about the "like and dislike feature" (which is nothing but trouble and needs to go as well), complaining about forum issues, giving solutions and etc.

Now I know not everyone's ideas are acceptable, for the better of the forum, or can't be used. What's bothering me is you got numerous amounts of users saying I agree or complaining about the same thing and it's still there! That's bothersome to me when the forum states that they want to make the users happy, but it seems like they're not listening to the users.

I'm not trying to insult PSU or anything, I'm stating what's bothering me about the place.

I agree with this completely. Our preferences differ greatly from person to person. For example: Ghost-Rhayne loves Skyrim but I don't, that's just how it is!.

As for the topic: I personally don't mind it.

Agreed, members will start picking each other apart and soon this trend will go into the "normal" sections. Be prepared to receive "trolling" reports by the thousands as now members can tell other members "faction". Some were already obvious now everyone will be out.
