HOLY SHIT!!! That looks like a bit of Darksiders fusion.
Oh and guys, I'll be going to Fan Expo 2012 in Toronto on the 24th of this month, a Friday. I had some questions about it, in case any of you have been to comic-con or anime expo's etc
http://www.fanexpocanada.com/
Can I wear a custom made costume? It's more like parts and pieces that I bought from retail stores, of Iron Man. I don't have the full set. I have the clip-on mask, the arc reactor and I'll be getting the hand too. Is that ok ? Or do you have to wear a full costume for it to count?Last edited by DreDayDetox; 08-05-2012 at 17:42.

Source - http://www.slashfilm.com/joss-whedon...he-avengers-2/Joss Whedon Signed for The Avengers 2 and Marvel Live-Action TV Series
Posted on Tuesday, August 7th, 2012 by Peter Sciretta
Breaking news: It was just announced on the Walt Disney Investors Conference Call that Joss Whedon will return for The Avengers sequel. Whedon is signed to both write and direct the upcoming sequel. Disney confirmed that Whedon is also involved in the development of the previously-rumored long-lead ABC live-action television series which will be set inside the Marvel cinematic universe.
Whedon had previously said that he was “very torn” about coming back:
“It’s an enormous amount of work telling what is ultimately somebody else’s story, even though I feel like I did get to put myself into it. But at the same time, I have a bunch of ideas, and they all seem really cool.”
Marvel is notoriously cheap when it comes to contracts, so some fans were worried that a deal wouldn’t be made. I think everyone will be excited that Whedon is back for the next one. If I were Kevin Feige I would secure Whedon to a long term contract as an executive producer, overseeing the marvel universe on a Pixar braintrust-level. The Avengers is being tentatively planned for a Summer 2015 release, although Disney and Marvel have not formally announced a date. If that is still the plan, expect filming to begin in early 2014 (April is my bet).
We have no more details about the series, but fans have speculated that it will probably center around SHIELD and possibly introduce third/fourth tier Marvel superheros to the masses.

So glad to hear this news. Joss Whedon is the only man for this job, and coming back to television only makes me think of one cast member that's gonna make it: Nathan MOTHERFUCKING Fillion!!!
But please, for the love god, don't use shitty CGI like in Smallville and make it too kid-friendly because it's an ABC show.Last edited by DreDayDetox; 08-08-2012 at 05:28.

Warner Bros. approaching Ben Affleck for 'Justice League' directing job
With Christopher Nolan declaring himself out of the running for JUSTICE LEAGUE, Warner Bros. has approached another of its go-to directors in Ben Affleck, who’s expected to discuss the project with studio brass in the coming days, multiple sources tell Variety's Jeff Sneider and Justin Kroll. Since guiding WB’s THE TOWN to commercial success and critical acclaim from both sides of the camera, Affleck has ascended high on the studio’s list of filmmakers who can be trusted with prime properties. Thus far, Affleck is the only candidate who’s been sent Will Beall’s JUSTICE LEAGUE script, which the GANGSTER SQUAD scribe was hired to write last summer. DC Comics’ answer to Marvel’s Avengers, JUSTICE LEAGUE is expected to bring together marquee characters Batman and Superman, as well as Green Lantern, Wonder Woman and The Flash. Affleck has made it clear that he’s only interested in directing films in which he also stars — THE TOWN and ARGO are proof of that — so its likely that if this pairing ever came to fruition, he would don a suit of his own. One possible hesitation on Affleck’s part is that any involvement with JUSTICE LEAGUE would take him out of circulation as a director for a few years. He could, however, still fit in an acting gig at Warners. Affleck has spent the last several weeks mulling an offer to star in topline Greg Berlanti’s long-gestating sci-fi drama REPLAY, which WB has spent more than a decade developing. Based on Ken Grimwood’s 1987 bestseller, story follows a man who dies and gets the chance to relive his life over and over again, changing partners and professions each time. JUSTICE LEAGUE won’t likely be ready for release until summer 2015, which could put it up right against Marvel’s AVENGERS 2, which has Joss Whedon returning to helm.
This is weird but i wont judge because i thought the director of Zathura and Elf was a horrible choice to direct Iron Man and boy was i wrong.

Yeah but people liked Zathura, and Ben Affleck certainly proved himself with The Town, but with the list of bad movies he's made, not to mention Daredevil, I can understand the worries and hate for this kind of news. I'll give it a chance since I don't care too much for the Justice League, but I'll be lowering my expectations lol.

http://nerdbastards.com/2012/08/13/n...ns-with-hench/

Super heroes are all the rage, the big screen and television alike slowly but surely filling up with appropriately themed projects. It’s only natural that someone should look to explore the possibility of telling a story from the other side of the good vs. evil struggle. NBC looks to be doing just that with a new super villain show they’re working on called Hench.
The basic plot follows an average Joe who needs money to support his family. Being as how the pay is good enough, he decides to get a job doing temp work for various super villains.
The plotline is remarkably similar to the 2004 graphic novel of the same name, though it’s unsure of whether NBC will be taking from that story directly or just looting the good bits. A previous attempt was made to adapt the graphic novel by Warner Brothers, but that one disappeared into pre-production limbo three years ago.
Production heads consist of Peter Berg (Friday Night Lights) and Sarah Aubrey with Alexandra Cunningham (Desperate Housewives) coming on as the writer. This crew also worked together on the American adaptation of the British drama Prime Suspect, though that one wasn’t received too well by audiences.
Personally, I’m not impressed with those already on the project and am deeply skeptical that it’s going to be a blatant attempt to cash in on the super hero trend. What do the folks at home thing?
If all goes according to plan, Hench will be joining the line-up of the fall 2013 season.
The idea seems like it would work really well on the FX channel, because you have to have graphic violence for bad guys. Putting it on NBC will just make it family friendly and will have morals in it, which will become incredibly cheesy. Remember how well the Cape did on NBC? Yeah.

OMFG....
And as for the trailer, I doubt it will come out this year. Following their track record, probably right after the new year or when the Football thing starts.
