I had every piece of materia mastered, i had all levels maxed, ruby, emerald weapon dead, all level 4 limit breaks, all ultimate weapons including aeriths lol

Nice man! Once you gets knights of the round you should aim to get master summon materia, which allows you to use all summon spells with only 1 slot taken, takes fucking ages, theres also master magic and master ability materia, which also take ages. To unlock them you need to get all materia of the type mastered, then head to cosmo canyon and trade the mastered materia to it, to gain a master magic,summon or ability materia, or defeat ruby/emerald weapon and talk to old man in kalm, you can also get a gold chocobo this way.

I did the same fucking thing as well! Lol. I don't remember how many hours I put into it. But, like you, I completely mastered this game! By the end of the game, regular slashes would take 9999 from Sephiroth lol

Just try to keep squall spamming his limit break, have everyone junctioned with haste, as ultima attacks slow but powerful hits

5k hp+ is recommended, he has about the same hp as omega weapon but slightly less powerful

Also he has an instant kill move, knocking out 1 char no matter the health so make sure you have pheonix downs and full life spells

You get 100 ultima stones if you beat him without mug, and meltdown is useful

Np there is also another way to get eden if ultima weapon is too tough, on fourth disk during tiamat fight use draw on it

if you have no encounters on, though it doesnt stop random battles there it lessens them.

Tried it, got killed by a ruby dragon quite far in to the centre. Well pissed off! Lol

On a separate note, I finally got the Lionheart!
