I was heading east to find it lol the problem with FFV is the in-game world map is pretty useless in my opinion as it isn't clear at all

Just downloaded Aerith's Theme. Your right every song in the soundtrack just fits so well with the game.

Love Sephiroth's Theme too, love the fact that it is almost entrance music for him everytime he appears lol

Yuffie is gotten randomly from certain forests I found the one just after the marsh with the midgar zolom thing was my luckiest then you talk to her but act uninterested and scared

I got some FF VIII done yesterday. I won the Siren card from the pub owner and then did the Bone quest with the Card Queens son. I also won back my MiniMog card from him.
The Card Queens father made 2 new rare cards due to this which I'll get later.

Then I moved on with the story and on my way to Galbadia Garden there was the 2nd Laguna flashback. With the help of a guide I did everything in the Centra Digsite in the right order (I hope). Depending on the order you'll get different items and draw point bonuses when you revisit the place on disc 4.
After that I continued to the garden and if I remember correctly after this there'll already be the sniper mission with the sorceress.

I don't remember anymore. Can I get the brothers from the tomb of the unknown king on disc 1 or do I have to get them on disc 2?

You get them on disc 1 mate. You have to go to the tomb of the unknown king to to get the student ID number before you can enter General Caraways Mansion. So you can get the Brothers while you are there
