I beat VII at 11 and VIII at 12 lol what got you in to playing V at 12? As obviously the game was out years previously

I had a gba and I went to the store picked it up because I liked the boxart and never set it down..I did everything lol

I wish I had that feeling for the game! I think it's good and great story en all but the grinding bores me lol guess I'm also lazy

I only got the older FF games when they started to release them on the ps1. Got FF VI 1st then FF Anthology which contains IV & V but couldn't get used to the graphics! Now they don't bother me so much lol

Lol graphics is the last thing on my mind as along as it has a great story/battle system I'm good

Yeah man me too but back then I was young and naive

Now graphics don't bother me all that much. I'd much rather play FF V than FF XIII

Graphics add to the charm. Especially with the classic titles. And I don't want to check 70-some pages but did you play Final Fantasy IX yet, Kuro?

That's a plus yeah it doesn't really have too. No I haven't after I play VIII that's next on my list thanks for the reminder man.

Man, listening to the world map theme gets me all nostalgic. :'(

The beginning reminds me of aeriths theme a little but yeah man that is a beautiful track.

Yeah, it's pretty relaxing. I got the same feeling in Final Fantasy X when Tidus and Wakka were making their way to the village in Besaid.

That one was pretty good too. Got an uplifting feeling from the piano. Quite nice. It's a shame I haven't played FFX though

But yeah, Nobuo Uematsu is one of my favorite composers. I love the fact that he worked with Yasunori Mitsuda - another favorite of mine for his work on Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross.

Chrono Cross OST to me is masterful. Both are irreplaceable composers.
