Yep might as well, there's only two optional bosses but they can be tough, and ExDeath himself is actually just as hard or not far off, unlike most final bosses being easier than the optional ones.

Well at least it will be a good measuring stick for the ExDeath fight if nothing else.

Think I have totally messed up on the Jobs that I have mastered so far thats why I am struggling with Omega

I only mean the main story, not all the side quests and optional bosses

Not sure how it happened. I was able to an extra copy of the rare cadds. I endes up getting two gilgamesh cards and bahamut thanks to the ccc group from the ragnorok. @Geraf: depwnds on what you means you mean by "Completed".

Sorry on my last post. I was on my phone at the clinic. From a storyline perspective; I've finished FF1, FF4, FF7-XIII-2. As for FF6, I'm by Kefka for the final showdown. Haven't started on FF2, FF3 and FF5.

I prefer my RPGs in the style of VII, VIII n IX to be honest

The thing is lol...I started playing these games years ago. I was progressing first FF6 until I came to a certain point. I've wanted to work on the side quests before going against Kefka. Feel lost though whenever I go back to it.

Question to all of you: I've already played and beaten FF3 on NES. Is it worth getting any of the few updated versions? I know some day I'll replay these job related FFs. Kinda miss em after talking so much about 5 and 1.

Me, personally, I'd have to go with Lindblum. I've always liked how it looked.

Have to agree I - VI is my preferred style of RPG, Chrono Trigger, Lufia, Dragon Quest etc. awesome on NES/SNES. FF7 is still my favourite in the series though and my most completed. But yeah old school FTW, they're harder too. My main problem with FF7 was it was too easy, I hardly ever have to grind in that game, whereas FF1 you have to grind before moving on, especially on the NES version.

Lol that's why I'm glad I didn't stop in the middle of a huge dungeon, or even town like Esthar. I would've been so lost lol

Yeah i made the mistake of saving in the middle of the world map as I was grinding and when I went back i was like where the fk am i meant to go!

I personally thought Lindblum's theme was better than Treno's, though they're both fitting in the different atmospheres being conveyed.
