lol wardevil was some from some b rated developer, promised tons of unachievable goals, never shown more than the initial trailer... weve already seen more from versus than we EVER saw from wardevil including gameplay...

Man I hope this game is going to be as good as everyone in here is expecting it to be. I'm in the boat that this game will be amazing, but this is coming from a FF XIII fan. I think the hype is a tad too high, considering we haven't seen anything.

It's okay, you're a fan of the vanilla XIII. We don't expect you to understand :P I think I speak for a lot of Final Fantasy fans when I say that, on my list of things that are more fun than playing FFXIII again, getting kicked in the balls and set on fire is on there. Lol, I got a good laugh from that one. Don't get me wrong is FF XIII one of the best, far from it. I was just in the minority that actually liked the game. Compared to the others it was muddled down but mostly I enjoyed the quick combat. FF VII and X are by far my favorites. Simply referring to SE's motive this entire gen and that is catering to the non hardcore FF fans. I hope they learned their lesson and this will be a service to the FF that all the hardcore fans have been waiting for. Originally Posted by Lefein

Well, people seem to forget that every Final Fantasy is vastly different from each other. FFXIII was just another different FF with very, very well executed things and some not so much. Yeah still no love for SE, no more hate atm for them but no love. And if they want some love they better give us some damn news like a release date about this game on the upcoming TGS, not just another trailer teaser to hold on to for a couple more years until they finally release it.
