via Andriasang. This week's Famitsu has a ten page feature in which top creators discuss the future of games. Here's a summary of the few bits that have surfaced from the feature.
Capcom's Hideaki Itsuno says that he really wants to make a sequel to Dragon's Dogma. The current world is just two-thirds of the idea he had in mind, and there are things he'd still like to do.
Tecmo Koei's Kenichi Ogasawara says that he wants to make another Musou pillar to go along with Sangoku Musou (Dynasty Warriors) and Sengoku Musou (Samurai Warriors). He also wants to make an open world Musou.
Team Ninja's Yosuke Hayashi says that there are a variety of movements being made with the Ninja Gaiden series. Regarding Dead or Alive 5, he said that the team is working hard to convey the feeling of softness from the girls' skin.
Sega's Toshihiro Nagoshi says that Ryu ga Gotoku Studio, makers of the Yakuza games, would like to make an online game, but it would have to be something more than just Yakuza Online.
Square Enix's Naoki Yoshida says that he'd like to put Final Fantasy VII's Golden Saucer in Final Fantasy XIV if possible. (You'll recall that Yoshida previously said that he wants to put lots of little fan service elements in FFXIV.)
Sony Computer Entertainment's Keiichiro Toyama says that he would like to make a sequel to Gravity Rush/Daze. He also wants to make a hack and slash game.

so what they are saying is that nothing new is being tossed around and none of them have any real ideas. just sequels out the ass

Let's be honest: You sleep with anything that walks on two legs. Sometimes, you're not even that discriminating
