Latest beta stage - question

Anyone on this latest beta phase. Graphics look a bit sharper.

One thing I wondered was: what exactly does levelling up your assault rifle and sniper rifle do? Does it make them more powerful? I'm level 5 on assault and sniper and can't really see any difference to level 1.

Wish I could help but the invitation code I got for this beta was good for just one weekend and wasn't able to use it. Got another one which was also useless. I contacted Dust 514 and they said the only way for me to play the beta is buying some pack for $19.99 but I rather wait until it's free and finished see if it's actually worth those micro transactions. You should try their official forum for this question.

lvling up improve specs on the weposn, bot it not always notisable. like in eve.only combination of skills make you more powerful with one selected weapon. when i launch the game i'll say wat skills is more usefull

sorry for such late ansver!! previous patch was so buggy, that i cant even see skills tree
skills that will affect weapon: weaponry, "weapon class" operations, "weapon class" sharpshooter srills
