so what are the odds that this guy was walking around... free as a jay bird... with a glock up his ass... just n case ( I didn't read the story) he got picked up for MJ possession?

...and then what are the odds of him being able to access it while fully clothed and cuffed???

What are the odds? Who knows.... the real question should be is possible? If it's not possible then it could be ruled out, but otherwise it needs to be left on the table and be proven to not be the case.

All we know is it was a MJ possesion so far. We don't know if he has a history of other stuff, has been in jail, and the thought of going back made him do it.

Or some cops shot him whatever we don't know either way yet.

I am surprised they didn't give the cops a gunshot residue test after this. That would save a ton of trouble.
