Playstation uploaded the E3 trailer with the tags 'SSB', 'Super Smash Bros' & 'Super Smash Brothers'. Put in tags because it's a full screen cap, pretty big.

Dude has a point. Yes, you can use someone else's ideas and improve on them with your own but this really just looks like a complete rip off.

Many games rip off many other games. It's nothing new. The only reason people are getting their panties bunched is because the mascot brawler genre has belonged solely to Nintendo until now. Superbot make no denial about the inspiration of SSB either.

I think the PlayStation youtube tags are a crack up lol.

I honestly don't care. I mean its called competition. It pushes the developers to add features...expand the game and innovate. If they do it and make it better than I will buy it. Madden has no competition and its lame. FIFA has a little and it at least tries to get better. I mean it isn't who made it first...its who does it best. Its called evolution. This genre was a one trick pony...now it has competition and that will only better both games. Guy sounds mad because now he will have to work to ensure his game will stay on top...if he thought it was just a rip off and not a threat he wouldn't even bother commenting.

Yeah, the game has a lot of potential. His comments only fuel the hate from certain hardcore Nintendo fans who are scared of a little competition.

Don't mind what they have done at all. So I can get the SSB experience without having to buy a shitty SD console this generation? Sounds good to me. Wii hasn't interested me a bit. And hasn't the director put different elements into the game with supers? This guy can eat my ass with a spoon. All games use elements from another.

People, there is a difference between evolving on ideas and blatantly ripping off someone. Look at the current Apple vs. Samsung battle in court.

And to be frank, uploading the trailer with Smash Bros. tags is just plain stupid. They had this coming...
