This is another factor that separates Xbox Live from any other online service. The service moderation and reporting system. Universal system, and tracks every person, each game they are in, offending messages be it text, voice and video.
I have probably used the reporting feature 200 times or more.

Yeah I've used it a few times as well as the avoid player function.
